We are rapidly expanding and looking for a talented Program Manager with AdTech and programmatic advertising experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore.

Position Summary

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in managing and driving key projects across product, engineering, and business teams within the AdTech and programmatic advertising domain. This role demands strong project management skills combined with a solid understanding of programmatic technologies and advertising ecosystems to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for multiple projects related to programmatic advertising platforms, ensuring successful delivery on scope, time, and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, sales, and marketing to coordinate project activities and resolve dependencies.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication and status updates with senior leadership and external partners.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and optimize workflows for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in programmatic advertising and AdTech to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in program/project management within the AdTech, digital advertising, or programmatic ecosystem.
  • Proven experience managing complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts such as DSPs, SSPs, RTB, ad exchanges, and campaign management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
